Yes. We offer prescription-only treatment for skin and hir loss concerns. 

To receive prescription-only treatment you are required to complete a medical questionnaire, including the submission of a minimum of 2 clear photographs of the affected area, to be review by a Dermatology Specialist.

We aim to provide a response within 48 hours, determining if the treatment is suitable.

Yes. We offer a range on medical-grade treatments which do not require a completed medical questionnaire.

For Prescription-Only Treatments:

All orders should be delivered the following working day, if approved before 4pm. 

Please be advised, it may take up to 48 hours for your order and relevant medical questionnaire to be approved.

For Medical-Grade/Non-Prescription treatments:

All orders should be delivered the following working day, if received before 4pm.

For Prescription-Only Treatments:

Unfortunately not. As all prescription-only treatments are prescribed specifically for each individual, and have a limiting expiration date, we are unable to accept any returns.
