Upon booking your in-person consultation, you will be asked to confirm the location at which you wish to be seen, followed by a list of available time slots for the appropriate days. Our lead time is approximately less than one week, however, we do often have availability for same-day appointments.

Warwick Clinic: 

Monday

Market Harborough Clinic:

Our in-person consultations are scheduled for 20 minutes. However, this is an approximate duration and timings may vary slightly, as required for the Dermatology Specialist to obtain all relevant information and provide an accurate diagnosis, advice and treatment. 

Yes, if appropriate consent has been acquired prior to the service, and provided the patient must be present for the entirety of the consultation. Patients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for any and all services.

Yes, you can change your in-person consultation to a video consultation. 

Please be advised you are required to make this request at least 24 hours before your appointment, to avoid forfeiting the price difference.

If you are unable to attend your in-person consultation, please make this known at the first possible instance, but at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid forfeiting payment. Our team will be happy to help with rescheduling or cancelling your appointment where possible. 

Warwick Clinic:

No, unfortunately there is no onsite parking. However, there are plenty of parking spaces a short walk from the clinic.

Market Harborough Clinic:

Yes, we have onsite parking; the entrance is to the left of the building. However, should this be full, the nearest car park is The Commons Car Park.

Leicester Clinic:

No, unfortunately there is no onsite parking. However the Victoria Car Park is a short walk from the clinic.

No. All patients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for any and all services.

Yes. You are welcome to have a friend, family member or carer join the in-person consultation. If you require the appointment confirmation details to be sent to an additional email address, please make this known at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Warwick Clinic:

Based on the first floor. Please contact prior to booking your appointment to discuss any mobility issues.

Market Harborough Clinic:

Treatment rooms located on both the ground and first floor. Please contact prior to booking your appointment to discuss any mobility issues.

Leicester Clinic:

Based on the third floor. Please contact prior to booking your appointment to discuss any mobility issues.

If you are unable to attend your in-person consultation, please make this known at the first possible instance, but at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid forfeiting payment. Our team will be happy to reschedule your appointment where possible. 

Unfortunately, if you are late or miss the appointment entirely, we are unable to extend your appointment time or refund any of your payment or reschedule your appointment; you would be required to make a new booking, where necessary.

Should any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances prevent the clinician from attending your appointment, you will be notified at the first possible instance; we aim to ensure this is at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If you have not received any notification of changed circumstances, and yet the clinician did not attend the appointment, please feel free to reach out via the contact details on our contact us page and the situation will be looked into as a matter of urgency.

The allotted time for our in-person consultation allows for questions regarding diagnosis and treatment.
