    Got a Question?

As many as you would like; we require a minimum of 2 clear photos of the area of concern, submitted in a .jpg or .png format.

No, unfortunately not. Our photo upload services requires you to provide a minimum of 2 clear photographs of the affected area, in order for our Dermatology Specialist to carry out an informed assessment.

Yes. Unfortunately we are unable to prescribe Isotretinoin via photo upload or video consultation services due to the prescribing policy. This treatment is only available following an in-person consultation.

Yes, if appropriate consent has been acquired prior to the service. Patients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for any and all services.

We aim to review your submitted photos and information and provide a response within 48 hours.

If the photos submitted are in an unsupported format or do not clearly show the area of concern, they may be rejected if our Dermatology Specialist cannot determine a diagnosis on this basis. If you receive notification that your photos have been rejected, please check the quality of the images taken and the format in which they have been submitted (this should be as .jpg or .png) You may reupload or add additional photos to your original submission form.

Please be advised it may take up to 48 hours to review and provide feedback from when the most recent photos have been submitted so we do recommend checking the photo format and quality upon initial submission.

The medical questionnaire included in our photo upload service contains a section for you to provide any further information or ask any questions regarding treatment.

If you have any general questions or concerns prior to booking your photo upload service, please refer to our FAQ page. If your question remains unanswered, feel free to be in touch via the contact details found on the contact us page.

If you have a more complex concern or medical history you feel the Dermatology Specialist should be made aware of, we do recommend using our video consultation or in-person consultation services to enable active discussion.

In the rare instance the Dermatology Specialist is unable to diagnose your condition from the photo upload service alone, we would advise to upgrade the service to a video or in-person consultation.

If you are happy to proceed with an upgraded service, you will only be required to pay the difference in price.
